The answer depends on the creative experience you've chosen! Here's what you can expect:
Hand-Building Clay Experiences
After your event, we'll carefully collect each clay piece and transport it back to our studio. There, your creations will slowly dry before being kiln-fired for strength and durability. Once fired, we'll glaze your pieces in the finish you selected (if included) and fire them one final time. When they're ready, we'll arrange a convenient pickup or delivery so you can enjoy your handcrafted keepsake for years to come.
Canvas & Pottery Painting Experiences
Your artwork goes home with you the very same day! Canvas paintings are ready to display once the paint has dried, while pottery painting pieces are carefully packed by our team and taken back to the studio for glazing and kiln firing. Once complete, we'll notify you when they're ready for pickup or delivery.
Tabletop Wheel Throwing Experiences
Wheel-thrown pottery requires a little extra care after your event. Once your pieces are created, we'll transport them back to our studio where they'll be trimmed, dried, kiln-fired, glazed, and fired a second time. Because pottery is transformed through this process, your finished piece will be food-safe (when applicable), durable, and truly one of a kind. We'll contact you as soon as it's ready to be reunited with you.
Pottery is a process that can't be rushed. Most fired and glazed pieces are ready within 4–6 weeks, depending on drying times, kiln schedules, and seasonal demand.
We promise it's worth the wait—your handcrafted piece is being carefully finished every step of the way.
